  1. The data controller is Gempol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company), NIP: 7123305717, registered address: 96 Zemborzycka Street, 20-445 Lublin, Poland. Data protection is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements and data is stored on secure servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the Glossary of Personal Data Protection Policy is applied.
  3. For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “data subject” is replaced by “you” or “service user” and “administrator” is replaced by “we”. The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communications encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in forms will be treated confidentially and will not be visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Administrator

The Administrator processes only the data voluntarily provided by the Service User in the:

  • Contact form: name, phone number
  • Product order form: name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address.
  • Wholesale order form: name, email, country, postal code

Personal data is processed:

  • In accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data.
  • In accordance with the implemented privacy policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill:
    • Legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Rights of individuals with regard to their data:

Any person whose data is processed (if we are the controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing, object to the processing and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
